BARRICADE Trial: The Barrier Approach to Restenosis: Restrict Intima and Curtail Adverse Events

This study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the *Jomed Jostent®, a new type of stent for patients who have a bypass graft with a blockage. The stent is designed with a graft like material between two stents – a stent sandwich. This purpose of the study is to determine if the *Jomed Jostent® is superior to regular stents.
