Your doctor has determined that you should see a cardiologist, and is sending you to the heart specialists at the Minneapolis Heart Institute®. MHI physicians perform clinical cardiology consultation, as well as the full spectrum of non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic procedures on the Abbott Northwestern Hospital campus in south Minneapolis, at other Metro-area sites and in several Minnesota communities outside the Twin Cities.

If testing reveals a problem with your heart, we call upon the expertise of the interventional cardiologists and other partners in heart disease treatment and management at the Minneapolis Heart Institute®. All interventional cardiovascular procedures and surgeries are performed by MHI physicians and heart specialists at Abbott Northwestern Hospital.
